Our services

Surrogacy that is transparent, legally secure and guided by care.

We are not just an agency: we are your partners, committed to one result — the birth of a healthy baby. We work to European standards: written procedures, clear rules and a lawyer on every case.

The Pons difference

Transparency and trust, from the first consultation.

Never left in the dark

We prioritise timely updates, so you always know how your programme is progressing.

A lawyer on every case

Every case is overseen by an experienced surrogacy lawyer, so the whole process is legal and your rights are protected at every step.

Documents for home

We assist with the legal and medical documents your own country requires to recognise your child when you return.

Support after you leave

Our help does not end at the airport: we remain available after you are back home.

Known donors, fresh oocytes

We work with fresh oocytes, and our egg donors are not anonymous, for more transparency.

Donor embryos when allowed

In certain situations we can create embryos with donor eggs and donor sperm — only where the law of your country allows the child to be registered.

Medical services

Modern reproductive medicine, chosen for a healthy pregnancy.

Combined with more than eight years of experience and a careful selection of surrogate mothers.

  • IVF with ICSI
  • PGS — pre-implantation genetic screening of embryos for chromosomal abnormalities
  • NIPT — non-invasive prenatal testing, when PGS is not performed
  • Additional medical tests on request
  • Assistance for the intended mother during hormonal stimulation
Why we recommend the Silver programme

We work for a result: a healthy baby.

Rather than a confusing list of options, we offer the combination that has proven to work best for most intended parents: one IVF procedure with up to three embryo transfers, depending on the number of embryos created.

Standard procedures in the Silver programme
  • Sperm collection and spermiogram; oocyte collection from the intended mother, if required
  • Medical tests for all participants, according to the list of the Ministry of Health of Georgia
  • One IVF procedure with your or donor sperm, and your or donor oocytes
  • Up to three embryo transfers, one or two embryos per transfer
  • Stimulation medication, egg collection, ICSI, embryo culture and vitrification of remaining embryos
  • Medication for the surrogate mother until the 12th week of pregnancy
  • Pregnancy confirmation by hCG test and fetal heartbeat
